The service

Flowrise builds and operates an AI front desk that answers calls, texts, chats, and DMs, qualifies leads, books appointments, and summarizes them for business owners. The scope of any paid engagement is what we agree to with you in writing.

Demos and estimates

Demos, sample conversations, and performance figures on this site are illustrative. They show how the system is designed to work and are not a guarantee of specific results for your business.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

The Flowrise name, branding, site content, and software are owned by Flowrise. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Brand names and logos of third parties (such as messaging platforms) belong to their owners.

Third-party services

The site relies on third parties for hosting, scheduling, AI voice, and analytics. Your use of those features may also be subject to those providers’ terms.

Disclaimers

The site and demos are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowrise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
